7) Web analytics services
7.1 Google Analytics 4
Our website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which allows you to analyze your use of our website.
By default, when visiting the website, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies that are stored as small text blocks on your device and collect certain information. The scope of this information also includes your IP address, which, however, is shortened by Google by the last digits to exclude direct personal identification.
The information is transmitted to Google servers and processed there. Transfers to Google LLC, headquartered in the USA, are also possible.
Google uses the information collected on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, prepare reports on website activities for us and provide additional services related to website and internet usage. The truncated IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. The data collected in the context of using Google Analytics 4 will be stored for a period of two months and then deleted.
All of the aforementioned processes, especially setting cookies on the used device, are only carried out if you have given us your explicit consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Without your consent, the use of Google Analytics 4 is omitted during your visit to the site. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please deactivate this service via the “cookie consent tool” provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google, which ensures the protection of our visitors’ data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

Demographic features
Google Analytics 4 uses the special function "demographic features" and is able to generate statistics that make statements about the age, gender, and interests of website visitors. This is done by analyzing advertisements and information from third parties. This allows identifying target groups for marketing activities. However, the collected data cannot be assigned to a specific person and are deleted after being stored for a period of two months.
Google Signals
As an extension of Google Analytics 4, Google Signals can be used on this website to create cross-device reports. If you have activated personalized ads and linked your devices with your Google account, Google may, subject to your consent for the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, analyze your usage behavior across devices and create database models, including cross-device conversions. We do not receive any personal data from Google, only statistics. If you wish to stop cross-device analysis, you can disable the "personalized advertising" function in the settings of your Google account. For instructions, please follow the link: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=en
For further information regarding Google Signals, please see the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7532985?hl=en
UserIDs
As an extension of Google Analytics 4, the "UserIDs" function can be used on this website. If you have consented to the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, set up an account on this website, and log in on various devices with this account, your activities, including conversions, can be analyzed across devices.
Collection of data provided by users
To improve the analysis results for users whose contact details we have obtained in the context of business or business-like relationships, we use the "collection of user-provided data" function. Subject to your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, we transmit within the framework of this function one or more files containing aggregated customer data about you (mainly email address and phone number) electronically to Google. Google does not receive access to plain data but automatically encrypts the information in the customer files using a special algorithm during the transmission process. The encrypted information can only be used by Google to associate it with existing Google accounts that the affected individuals have created. The processing serves the refinement of measurement data, improves cross-device user traceability, and allows the integration of analysis results into advertising personalization and conversion tracking functions of Google Ads. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Google Ads Remarketing
This website uses retargeting technology provided by the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.
For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in your browser, which automatically allows interest-based advertising based on a pseudonymous cookie ID and on the pages you have visited. Further data processing only takes place if you have agreed with Google that your internet and app browser history will be linked to your Google account and information from your Google account will be used to personalize ads that you view on the web. 9) Site functionalities
9.1 Instagram Plugins
Our website uses plugins from the social network of the following provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.
These plugins enable direct interactions with content on the social network.
To enhance the protection of your data when visiting our website, the plugins are initially deactivated and embedded in the page using a so-called “2-click” or “Shariff” solution.
This embedding ensures that when you call up a page of our website that contains such plugins, no connection to the servers of the provider is established yet.
Only when you activate the plugins and thereby give your consent to data transmission according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, does your browser establish a direct connection to the servers of the provider. In this context, regardless of logging into an existing user profile, your used device (including your IP address), browser, and page history are transmitted to the provider and may be further processed there. If you are logged in to an existing user profile on the provider's social network, information about the interactions performed with the plugins is also published there and displayed to your contacts. You can revoke your consent at any time by deactivating the activated plugin by clicking again. However, the revocation does not affect the data that has already been transmitted to the provider.
Data may also be transferred to: Meta Platforms Inc., USA.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our visitors’ data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has adhered to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

Data may also be transmitted to: Google LLC., USA.
When you access a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the provider to load the plugin. In this process, certain information, including your IP address, is transmitted to the provider.
If the playback of embedded videos via the plugin is initiated, the provider also uses cookies to collect information about user behavior, create playback statistics, and prevent abusive behavior.
If you are logged in to an account with the provider during your site visit, your data will be directly associated with your account when you click on a video. If you do not wish to be associated with your account, you must log out before clicking the playback button.
All the aforementioned processes, especially the setting of cookies for reading information on the used device, are only performed if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. When accessing a page, your browser loads the needed web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly and establishes a direct connection to the servers of the provider. In this process, certain browser information, including your IP address, is transmitted to the provider.
Data may also be transmitted to: Google LLC, USA.
The processing of personal data in connection with the connection to the font provider only takes place if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. 10) Tools and Other Cookie Consent Tool
This website uses a so-called "cookie consent tool" to obtain valid user consents for cookies and cookie-based applications that require consent. The "cookie consent tool" is displayed to you as an interactive user interface upon page access, where you can give consent for specific cookies and/or cookie-based applications by ticking checkboxes. By using the tool, all cookies/services requiring consent are only loaded if you have explicitly given your consent by ticking the checkboxes. This ensures that such cookies are only set on your respective device if consent has been granted.
The tool sets technically necessary cookies to store your cookie preferences. Personal user data are not processed in this context.
If, in individual cases, processing of personal data (such as the IP address) does occur for the purpose of storage, allocation, or logging of cookie settings, this occurs in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in a legally compliant, user-specific, and user-friendly consent management for cookies and thus on a legally compliant design of our internet presence.
