Dr. Christine Götte Leads the Way: Medical Precision Behind Reset & Rebuild

Dr. med. Christine Götte
Allow me to introduce myself.
I’m a board-certified physician in general medicine with a specialization in tropical medicine — and your trusted expert when it comes to health, performance, and prevention.
My medical journey has taken me from the renowned Tropical Institute in Hamburg to Nigeria, where I served international companies, the German Embassy, and Lufthansa. Further assignments led me across Asia, Africa, and Central America — including work as a ship doctor and emergency flight physician for global repatriations.
Today, I’m based in my hometown of Hamburg, combining tropical, sports, and emergency medicine with one clear goal: helping people stay healthy, resilient, and high-performing — wherever life takes them.
Why movement means more to me than training?
As a passionate athlete and certified sports physician, I know that movement isn’t just good for the body — it’s essential for quality of life, mental strength, and lasting vitality.
In a world of long hours, frequent travel, and high professional pressure, targeted physical activity is the key to sustainable health.
You are worth it.
Health is our most valuable asset — and it deserves daily attention.
Whether it’s combating sedentary habits, staying active during long flights, or managing stress: I offer personalized guidance tailored to your lifestyle, helping you re-enter a movement-rich life — at work and beyond.
Reset & Rebuild starts here.
We break unhealthy patterns, activate your mobility and performance, and build routines that fit your everyday life. The result: a body that works the way it should — and a feeling you may have forgotten.
Medical clarity before we begin.
Before we start, I assess your current health and physical condition. Through targeted analysis, I identify risks, uncover potential, and lay the foundation for a safe, effective, and sustainable path to greater well-being.
It’s never too late — but always too early to wait. Let’s begin.
Warm regards,
Dr. med. Christine Götte
