At MKLR, transparency comes first. Our cancellation policy clearly and understandably informs you of your rights and options to reverse a decision.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Our cancellation policies vary depending on the type of product:

A. Cancellation Policy (Services and Digital Content)
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (email: contact@mklrofficial.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of your withdrawal, relative to the total scope of services agreed in the contract.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early for service contracts if the service has been fully performed and we began performing the service only after you gave your express consent and confirmed your understanding that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
The right of withdrawal also expires early for contracts involving the provision of digital content if we have begun fulfilling the contract before the withdrawal period ends, and you have expressly agreed that we may begin fulfillment early, confirmed your understanding that this causes you to lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract — including the conditions for early expiry — on a durable medium.
B. Cancellation Policy (Physical Shop Products)
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (email: contact@mklrofficial.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
